Ardenton Announces Equity Investment in Comtrad Strategic Sourcing Inc.
Ardenton Capital Corporation (“Ardenton”) is pleased to announce its strategic partnership and equity investment in Comtrad Strategic Sourcing Inc. (“Comtrad”). This transaction represents Ardenton’s fourth investment in Canada over the last twelve months.
Founded over 45 years ago and currently headquartered in Mississauga, Ontario, Comtrad specializes in sourcing cost-effective and high-quality products from Asian suppliers to OEMs and distributors with operations in North America.
